He is a former chair of thePhiladelphia Municipal Authority and a former board member of the Delaware RiverPort Authority, Port Authority Transit Corp (PATCO) and Pierce LeahyCorporation. A nationally-respected corporate attorney, Decker sits on the boards of theKimmel Center, the Internet Capital Group, the YMCA of Philadelphia andVicinity, the Philadelphia Zoo and the Gesu School.
